Fishing the Pacific Northwest attempts to provide information about fishing in Oregon and Washington while looking to expand in the future. Currently, we are adding more information as soon as we can verify the information is pausable to be accurate. We can not guarantee any of the information due to as time goes by, changes occur in the lakes, rivers, ocean, and etc that effect the fishing. We hope to we can provide a guide to make the most of your fishing trips.
We are fisherman. We are always on the look out for more fishing locations and what gear we should have to increase our chances of a catch. Which techniques we use may depend on the location and time of year. As humans, we can't keep this all in our head, so we decided to create a respository of this data.
After venturing the internet and the local library, the resources for fishing in the Pacific Northwest seemed to be limited, lacking, or incorrect from many years of age. It was also hard to find ways to pair the location with the gear required for fishing that location. We decided to start this site to get our own catalog of fishing locations, fishing gear, and more. We hope to share this with everyone in hopes that others may find it useful.
We realized that even though we were fisherman, we are also website developers, so we realized after the research phase that we could not only help others, but actually start a business with the gear as affliates. This allows us to spend more time and money on fishing supplies just to come back with our opinion here.
If you fish in the Pacific Northwest, you are in the right place. Now, the fishing gear suggestions can apply anywhere where the type of fish and location align with the gear. Our true goal is to help everyone catching the type of fish in and outside the Pacific Northwest.
We Offer information about fishing locations in Pacific Northwest as well as information on fishing gear that can be used anywhere in the United States.
We value everyone that fishes along with the entire enviroment. We want the next generation to have a better chance than us to catch a fish. As part time developers for this, we strive to keep the site updated, but do have to worry about burnout. We do ask for patience as we build this site out.
